Reviews and Ratings
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were good, clean, and well-planned for guest convenience, albeit a bit old. The value for money is great, making it my go-to choice for accommodation.
Whenever I stay at this hotel, I always have a comfortable and convenient experience. The value for money is good, making it an attractive choice for any needs. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was inadequate and could be improved. Despite that, I am sure we will come back here very soon.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was quite nice, very near Connaught Place and with good ambience and interior, but the rooms were way too small and loud due to the adjacent Sky Bar. The service was absolutely lovely and helpful despite some language limitations. Dining was mainly Indian options and a bit inconsistent. The facilities were well-maintained, with amenities like restaurants, spa, and pool.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of the city and close to key attractions. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, although there was a slight issue with the extra bedding. The service was exceptional overall, but there were a few encounters with less-than-friendly staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the variety of dishes made up for it. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located in Connaught Place, offering easy access to key attractions, although disturbances from the restaurant can be bothersome. The rooms, although small, are not the best value for money. The service is hit or miss, with some staff members being exceptional while others lack English fluency. Dining offers a good variety but might lack some options that could elevate the experience.
The hotel is at a prime location near Connaught Place, making it approachable from all places. The staff is polite, and the rooms are clean, but they charge for every service, even for simple items like glasses for room service.
The hotel has spacious, quiet, and comfortable rooms, but the WiFi is chargeable, which was unexpected. The reception desk charged for basic services like printing, which felt like overcharging. The location is excellent for our needs, close to Connaught Place and with some remarkable antique collections throughout the hotel.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with lots of amenities but lacks toiletries and bottled water. The rooms are small and not up to the mark. The service was attentive and helpful, with standout staff members going the extra mile. Located near Ashoka Road, not far from Patel Chowk metro station and Connaught Place, the hotel features stunning antique decor. Dining was mixed, with excellent service but some disorganization. Additional charges for extra bedding without providing them were noted.
The hotel room had a horrible smell which caused a rash to my girlfriend, with a strong paint smell and wet carpet odor, but it offered an excellent view and a comfortable bed. The service was very nice and helpful, especially Ms. Puja, Mr Prashant, and Rahul who were very attentive and kind. The location was very convenient to the metro station and market, almost staying like two days close to Connaught Place, with the advantage used by the hotel in its favor. The dining was healthy and hygienic, with an outdoor space to enjoy breakfast and a vast variety of tasty dishes. Overall, the hotel provided value for the money paid.
